Gerontology Testing – Lifelong Benefits

 

Big, little, pudgy, older, wiser, declining mentally, youthful, disease-stricken, gaining weight, allergies, Alzheimer’s, heart disease, diabetes and cancer – are they predictable with blood testing and studying these traits?  Can your future really be predicted with a few vials of blood and stat responses!

Life is fascinating and the decisions we make change absolutely everything – good and bad.  Consequences follow and some of them can be life threatening!

People who choose to eat fast food and not exercise are probably overweight, lethargic, moody, brain fogged and lack of motivation to lose weight.  They will also be at risk for acquiring cancers, heart disease, stroke or even death.

Mental illness is rampant along with suicide on the rise due to social anxiety, trying to fit it, hectic schedules, peer pressure, psychosis and untreated mental disorders.

People are living longer, taking better care of themselves, eating healthier, getting routine blood testing to be made aware of any red flags, exercising, and simplifying their lives.

What does this have to do with our health?  A lot, since stress is a silent killer.  People lose sleep stressing about financial disasters, how to pay for medical bills, preventative health is expensive and unfortunate life events arise – with little to no control over them.  These events put us at a significant risk for cognitive impairments, neurologic stress, erratic behavioral problems and drinking to numb, leading to sorosis of the liver and uncontrollable bouts of alcoholism and addictions.
